Dissemination and sustainability

Taking into consideration the idea of the proposed project the main motivation for dissemination is increasing the awareness of upgrading university capacities for supporting and quality handling studying with disability among current and prospective students with disabilities and relevant bodies at the national level. During the first coordination meeting dissemination plan for dissemination of intermediate and final results at the national level will be defined. Dissemination plan is vital for the achievement of sustainability of final outputs.
The first relevant dissemination source will be project web site with all project details and realized results during project lifetime, accompanied by relevant web links, downloadable section and important new ICT services for supporting students with disability.
In order to publicize and widely disseminate project results, dissemination will be performed at best suitable events. It will be disseminated that partner universities are upgraded with new equipment, new support services, and regulations, as well as retrained staff to enable the high quality education for students with disability.
The first WPs (WP1-WP5) are aiming to establish quality base for accepting a greater number of students with disability, which is one of main project objectives. Partner universities with significant help from national ministries and associations relevant for educating children and people with disabilities, in the third project year (piloting) will enroll greater number of disabled students. Media promotion of new university capacities for education of disabled students will help to publicize this information. All Project partners will ensure that the achieved results regarding support and inclusion of students with disabilities in HEIs will be sustainable in a long term basis (financially, institutionally and social-politically).
Furthermore, the sustainability of the project results and activities will be performed through continuation of the previous work by adding the important issue of officially signed agreement on inter-university collaboration at the levels of peer-support and the networking of the university staff with significant involvement of national associations and institute dealing with disability. All officially adopted documents which result from the project directly contribute and guarantee that the project results will have a tangible impact and multiplier effects for enhancing the quality of education of students with disability.
For obtaining optimal use of the project results beyond the lifetime of the project, the inter-university peer support will be officially defined by signing the agreement among ME beneficiary partners, universities and also supporting associations AYDM and IERK. 
In order to create sustainable group of university academic and administrative staff for working with disability, a networking of university staff involved in teaching students with disability will be needed. Beneficiary partner universities will sign agreement on university staff networking and it will be done before the third project year begin (piloting).
According to the comprehensive analysis of piloting results, national and EU partners will create a definition of recommendation for policy makers. Those recommendations will contain the most valuable issues that should be taken into account in developing and upgrading the national policies concerning the quality education of students with disability.

SINC@HE Presentation On Partnership Building Activity Making a privilege for few an opportunity for all

“Making a privilege for few an opportunity for all”, is a Partnership Building Activity (PBA) that aims at fostering cooperation with organizations that work with disadvantaged youth and especially with youngsters with disabilities. The aim of the PBA is to create and operative network of youth organizations that will connect and work to take successful policies to facilitate the access of disadvantaged youth (especially of youth with disabilities) to the labor markets. non formal methodology to facilitate the process of interaction among participants.
Sinc@he project was presented in front of the audience. All achieved results up to now were presented as well as planned activities. All participant have taken role in discussing ways of implementation of planned activities and have revealed personal experience from their own countries. Representatives from foreign countries, especially from EU were surprised by the level of people with disabilities social integration planned to be achieved by project. Their suggestions about implementing some of the activities planned with project will be of great help in the continuation of the project.
